Here comes the officially release of WordPress 2.5 after the Sneak Peak of the WordPress 2.5 Release Candidate 1 (or WordPress 2.5 RC1) was released more than one week ago. It took the WordPress Development Team and Community six months to completely finish up with the work to release the final version WordPress 2.5.

According to Matt of WordPress.org, there are numerous improvements in WordPress 2.5 and the ideas were mainly contributed by the users of WordPress, just like you and me.
